The placing on the market and the use of plants, seeds, parasitic products for agricultural use and similar products, fertilizing materials and growing media, composed in whole or in part of Genetically Modified Organisms, abbreviated as GMOs, disseminated in the environment, are subject to the authorization of the Ministry responsible for Agriculture and are subject to control and inspection by the competent plant protection services.
